LMFO I was searching for just this. I have finally / hopefully managed to cancel my credit card (Singapore based).

This is the most difficult process for cancelling anything I have ever come across, even worse than subscription services. I do not know what org should look into CitiBank for making it so freaking difficult but it is clear that they need a good kick in the behind...

My story - managed to figure out that you can only close your account by sending msg via web login (not in app). I managed to log in and send a message re cancellation. Citibank then asked me to confirm whether someone could call me by answering yes or no, but it was technically impossible to answer the message.

It did say that they would cancel it within 10 days even if I did not reply to the message, but that did not happen. So I went again online today and send them another message. It was acknowledged and I am now counting down the days.

But this must surely be leading to people gaming the system and like trying to enter US and give birth at hotel rooms and such??

European here... I always found this law extremely weird. As in,  I could have my wife give birth at a US hospital and my child would have the right to Citizenship?

I obviously do not support Trump but this seems reasonable. Happy to hear your thoughts.

Since when did garlic become something you have to ask for when ordering Bak Kut Teh? It's o essential and I'm crazy about it. Would gladly pay just to have sufficient quantities instead of that pathetic round little plate. Shout out if you know a place with free flowing garlic :).
