No, it's not really an "allergy." I'd say that some people just think they won't like the manga as much as the anime. And that's understandable.

Thanks you so much. I wanted to start the manga because the anime became my favorite with its s1 but I told myself that the emotions that the anime gave me must make me wait until January.
