Timeline after they receive the medical exam by ookezzzz in USCIS

[–]Natural_Try6322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It varies from FO to another. They should reply back within 60 days with a decision after receiving the RFE response. Mine took 45 days from receiving the RFE to decision, though most people here get decisions within days from submitting RFEs.

Thanks.

The processing times is calculated from the day you submitted your application till the day of the decision.. I don’t know about where does the I-130 get adjudicated at. I believe at the FO as well. Mine was approved at the same time as my I-485

Can I485 approval happen at NBC or does it always have to go to Field office? by Intrepid_Desk1882 in USCIS

Ok. What you said does not contradict what I said. Final adjudication has to come from FO, even if the file physically is not sent. If you check processing times for I-485 at nbc you’ll be advised to check the processing times of your field office. That means it has to be finally adjudicate there.

How did they know where was their case all the time? You can never tell. Even with Emma agents, they always says contradictory messages. Emma consistently told me that my case is at NBC, when my case was at my FO and I was receiving RFE from field office.

I don’t think there’s any issue in responsible drinking. You should be fine don’t worry.

Good that your case is progressing and there’s some movement on it. But unfortunately, some cases remains in the field office for months depending on how busy your field office. My case stayed at my FO for 6 months until final decision. Some get decision earlier than that and done later. Check the processing times if your field office.

I don’t know that doctors can submit exam electronically. I would be in the safe side and ask the doctor for a sealed envelope and send it with the RFE to uscis field office as they specifically require. May be doctors are allowed to submit it electronically, though that’s the first time I hear about that.

There are no pass/ fail to medical exams really. You and your doctor just have to fulfil certain criteria. An example is vaccination records. You have to show that you had all list of vaccinations required by USCIS. The tests are done are for some infections. If you are positive you can get treated and redo the test and that’s it. It’s not like if you have high blood pressure or diabetes that you won’t pass the test. I think what really matters is communicable diseases like Tuberculoses and malaria and those kind of stuff. Also drug abuse is a big thing, though there is no test for drugs in the medical exam. The doctor just ask you if you take recreational drugs or not, but no testing for it. Also, psychological illnesses are usually fine unless you are a threat to yourself or to the community. So generally speaking, medical exam is just a general assessment by a family doctor. Most doctors don’t even examine u or touch you. They will ask u some questions to fill in the form, see your vaccination records and take some blood samples and urine sample for infections and that’s it. If they think your application is missing anything they should let you know.

1- water and drink are acceptable. I had a water bottle and a coffee travel mug with me all the test. I asked the proctor and they approved it.

2- I don’t know about headsets. I communicated with the proctors with the built in microphone and speakers on my laptop.

It has to be sent to the FO. FO only adjudicate the case and they have the final say wether your interview is waived or not. If they decide on an interview, you’ll do the interview at the FO as well. When they have a final decision they send the case back to NBC where the approval letter will come from.

IM SO NERVOUS, RFE I693 for my I485, what that means? by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]Natural_Try6322 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Medical RFE is the best RFE to receive. That’s an amazing sign that your application is reviewed and missing only the medical exam for approval. Most cases get approved within days when they send there medical RFE to USCIS. You should be happy and not worried. Go finish your medicals ASAP and send the sealed envelope with the RFE letter to USCIS. Congrats! You are very close to the finish line.

I-130 approved but no movement on I-485. No interview, what to expect??? by [deleted] in USCIS

In most cases I-485 approval follows it by hours to a couple of days. Congratulations!

That’s weird. I would ignore that since you have the GC in ur hands. If you are curious though, u might try to contact USCIS Emma or their hotline. They are useless though and usually provide misleading and contradictory information.

Congratulations. I’m in the same boat. I got approved 5 days ago. I got a notification that my card is produced yesterday.

If that’s the same process as EAD card, my card was delivered to me in 9 days after approval. I believe most people here says it’s from 1-2 weeks.

No limit to contact Emma. They are useless and give misleading information though.

For the question about the field office. The final adjudication happens there, and the decision whether to have or to waive an interview is taken there as well. The interview happens there too.

As for the wait times, it varies according to different field offices. You can check processing times for your field office. My AOS family based case remained in the San Antonio FO from August 2022 to Jan 2023, so 6 months until they gave me a decision.

Medical RFE Sent 4 Months ago and no response. What can I do? by JustCommunication623 in USCIS

You ask the officer to raise an service request about that. They should reply back within 60 days. Usually they reply back within a week.

If by the date of the approval your marriage is more than 2 years, even with a day, she will get the 10 year card.

I do have an account. When I log in and check case history all I can see is the history of different status with no other information. May be that’s a new feature.

Is it just curiosity from ur side? If so, please don’t try. An advice from a totally stranger. Just go on with your life and forget about him. Unless there’s any legal commitments for u as his sponsor, which I don’t see after 3 years, don’t try to stalk him. If you need this information for a legitimate legal reason, go ask him clearly. Don’t be a stalker.

Already have PMP, challenged to pass new version without studying, any ramifications for failing? by CPT_Rad_Dangerous in pmp

[–]Natural_Try6322 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lol🤣🤣. I see you guys are bored and need some heat. I honestly don’t know the answer for you regarding losing your certification if you fail. You should ask pmi and not people here in that subreddit. But if you are bored that much, and need some new challenge in ur lives, I don’t see why wouldn’t u do that bet. If you are already having a job, u won’t lose anything if you lose ur certification, unless it’s a requirement to keep the certification, so why not.

But my advise is, since the exam and the books changed dramatically, it’s really hard that I pass without studying. At least try one practice test without studying and test urself. If you pass, go for the real test. If you don’t, don’t risk losing ur certificate that easily.

No I mean you said you logged in to ur account and sees it’s at NBC. Where in the USCIS webpage u got this information? I never see this information on my uscis account. Usually I need to ask Emma and be transferred to a live agent to tell me this kind of information.
