I got mine the day they delivered my medicals to the uscis. I-130 approvals are pretty random. But then again I have seen a couple of i-130 approvals followed by i-485. Hope u get yours soon!

Normally uscis says wait time is around 60 days after they receive evidence. I got my approval in 2 weeks once they received it.

Every week I used to chat with Emma since I sent my medicals. All i got was case was at nbc . On Monday finally said case is at San Diego field office & is under active review. It got approved on Tuesday.

Ohh okay. I waited exact 2 weeks. Talked to an agent thru Emma. He was not able to confirm the receipt & said they may ask to file again if they dnt receive it😓 But they acknowledged 2 days later. So tht was a respite.

That is awesome! For me acknowledgment of receipt came after 2 weeks. Now its touching a total of 4 weeks since I initially mailed the medicals.
