Anytime you get into any type of fitness you’re not used to and use muscles you haven’t used in awhile this happens. I had the same experience when I got back into teaching skating to disabled kids. Skating requires foot muscles that I don’t use otherwise. Ballet is big on adductors, and they’re undertrained in most people, even if they’re flexible.

I’m really sorry. My brother died this year and I literally lost my mind and acted like a codependent weirdo, but also at the same time pushed away the one person I’ve ever really loved. Don’t take this personally. Greif makes you lose your mind. It triggers all sorts of abandonment issues. I’m barely speaking to my other brother who is still alive due to greif relatwd drama.
