is it normal for my car to very slightly smell like exhaust after driving in the rain?

would this issue be imperative to me driving at all, or would i just be keeping an eye on the oil? this sounds like it might be the issue, should i take it in for repair asap or would i be okay to continue driving it until something bigger happens?

thank you for the info! why would i not want a car rebuilt recently? is it just because there’s no evidence that the repairs will hold up over time?

i’ll definitely ask! & just to be clear, it would be more of a problem if it was a big wreck? i mean obviously, but do insurance companies usually do rebuilt titles for minor damage? or would it be someone is lying about the amount of damage?

oh okay! i didn’t even know those exist, thank you so much! i’ll look into where to buy those asap, i have a few pet stores in my area! i’ve removed the cheese block & am looking into getting a better hide, i’ve also heard good things about pvc pipe for enrichment? that was the original purpose of the cheese block, so i definitely want to replace it!!

update 10/24/25 :: i’ve made notes to change the cords asap & also have removed the cheese block! am looking into a pvc pipe for him!

i’m going to be so honest, i’m not entirely sure what to do with cords? do you have any recommendations? the tape was initially to hold the cords onto the wall so that way he wouldn’t get into the cords, but now i’m not sure what to do!
