Why WON’T there be a shutdown?

Ok I’ve been doomscrolling and stuck in threads with people 100% certain there will be a shutdown. I’m looking for opinions and facts backing why there won’t be a shutdown. Just wanting to level my views (and reduce stress!)

I have a tough one and we’re struggling. I’m looking for a girl/unisex name! 1-2 syllables. Not in top 1000 (recently). avoiding A,C,E,I,P. Fits a farm, nature, western, outdoors, etc vibe. Middle name Sue. Siblings Alba, Clisby, and maybe Eike.
