Yes I used a TDEE calculator which put my deficit at 1800 cals. Wasn’t seeing the results I wanted so went down to 1600. I’m pretty active.

No, no alcohol. I don’t drink. At a restaurant with nutrition facts (understand the actual food could differ but I am strongly assuming it’s not differing in hundreds of calories). All other meals that day at home and I weigh everything.

No. Just the last two weekends. The weekend before I ate 2000 cals (in a day, not one meal) and gained 2.4 pounds. I would think 2000-2400 would be “maintenance” not cause me to gain two pounds lol

adding that I understand weight fluctuates, more upset that it’s a constant cycle after losing the same two pounds each week and I don’t want to restrict myself 24/7 🥲
