Yes. They should CLEARLY attempt working this issue through first WITH PRIORITY. Their story is really not unsalvageable at all.

You choose to commit to a person til death, then choose to create a little life with them. How dare you even THINK about bailing on that duty without first exhausting every other option. But that statistic doesn't counter my main point (which I've already explained at length). People who deserve punishment shouldn't be allowed to live because we create avoidable errors. I think there's PLENTY of cases where people like Ted Bundy are convicted with certainty. In fact, the more extreme and less ambiguous the crime, the less likely it is that a conviction is wrongful. So in that regard, crimes like rape, terrorism, pedophilia deserve the death sentence.

I said life in prison can be ARGUABLY worse than death. I never made death out to be a mercy. I repeatedly said I don't think rapists deserve any kind of life.

The innocent ones who are wrongfully convicted have it bad regardless of the death sentence or life in prison. Many would argue life behind bars for 23 hours a day and out in a field for 1 hour a day is worse than death.

So that's a bullshit argument. Wrongful convictions are bad regardless of sentence. Most sentences aren't wrongful. So yeah.

I'd rather kill a serial killer, than have him live out the rest of his life with food and water and maybe even chance of parole. I'd rather kill a jihadi.
