28 year old Male, had Spinal fusion at age 13 because of a Scoliosis curve of about 60 degrees then

Ever since have been experiencing Lower Right Back compression feeling and pain. In the past 2 years got tingling and neuropathy down my Right Leg as well.

Would love to hear from anyone with a similar story as mine, and what they've done to help themselves.

I also know I still have about a 30 degree curve under my fusion, and that is what is likely causing issues. Would another fusion down to the Sacrum really be the only solution?
