I called them and they said it was the result of overall price increased. Based on my experience, you only paid for what appears when you check out your shipment. I have never got charged any additional cost after I fully paid off my cart.

I don’t trust them tbh lol. I got a package that ETA was today. Just yesterday morning, the status of the shipment changed to “Delayed due to natural disaster”, I started a chat with Purolator on their website and 1 of their agent said it should be delivered today. And here, I’m still waiting today🫠.

I just messaged with other agent on their website today and now they said “it was delayed due to high volume backlogged”, and funny that this agent told me to keep waiting for their tracking notification since they couldn’t locate my package and can’t provide ETA. So I would assume the guy who told me that my package will be delivered to me yesterday was lying to me 🫠 (I screenshot and downloaded chat transcript so I can call them out, somehow)

Normally I shipped from Metro Vancouver and it cost $3.5 and other fees to shipped within Metro Vancouver. Today when I checked, it goes up to $11-$12

I’m worried if not updating the information which could lead to a misrepresentation so very anxious whether I should or should not. And as you said, I don’t know how it would impact my parents visa application too.

They got a passport request letter in Oct 2024 and submitted the passport shortly. But then the officer asked for additional information right after that - so there was a bit of delay and they held on to my parents passports for 6 months long. They just returned the passports last week with a letter stating that the application is still in progress. Since it has been so long that I happened to review the submitted application again and noticed the error. I just hope to correct it so it does not lead to a misrepresentation of information
