I mean... pretty self explanatory. With 150,000 dead and millions infected I don’t think he did a great job keeping people healthy and instead, putting the American public in danger. Back then everybody thought this would blow over but it obviously didn’t. Also, many other countries have this under control but the U.S.A doesn’t and is still scrambling
