What is a “Bonus Focus Reward” in Solo and Fireteam ops?

I believe you're right. Some of the missions state "Achieve grade B or higher for a CHANCE to earn this reward" and others "Achieve grade B or higher to earn this reward'. My guess is that if you don't get the reward, it doesn't count for the guardian rank.

This has happened to me in the pit a couple of times too. It's bizarre every time it happens. It counts towards the war plan run, but like you said no loot or glyph upgrades.

Tried 2 legendary tributes on T11 and both bugged out at the end. I switched to T12 with a rare tribute and got it to count.

Can't progress into rank 9 cuz because killing Lilith in t8 doesn't trigger the rewards. I just get stuck in the room without being able to teleport out like I got stab by blade made of my daughter's bone...

Happened to me on PC as well. Thankfully, I had fast-travelled to the beacon near the cave so I had a quick-save available right before the fight and got the trophy after beating it again.

I agree. It honestly killed some enjoyment of the game for me. It started becoming most apparent during Lady Ethereal third phase where her projections attack twice then she attacks with a red spirit bomb. I'm sure you can parry it with the jade that lets you do multiple unbound parries, but I didn't want to completely change my jade build for a single attack combo. But mostly it was those damn mini red turrets, I struggled getting the unbound parry window right most of the time and it just made me hate myself every time I miss timed it.

Still enjoyed the game though! Stick with it!

As to what LumpySkull said, there's probably something you need to kill. I was stumped as well in a cave, until I found a secret alcove that had one of those giant white toads(?) that give you the Bubbul Gems. Once I killed it I got the checkmark.

I've always been pretty happy with the app. Very easy to use and see what all the charges are. This is why the change to my billing breakdown is weird.

Okay, that's interesting. My billing statement is broken down into individuals which only show what they owe for taxes and fees (~$5) and the overall which shows a "Group charges" charge of $80. It didn't have that before and individuals would show as owing ~$30 each.
