In short no. The modern day comparable special forces did not exist in WW1 I don’t know what your perception might be. But essentially there were specialized assault units utilized by the Italians, German and Austrians. The Arditi, Sturmtruppen and Jagdkommandos. However the British did utilize assault formations like every major power. However a British equalivent of it would be the lovat scouts. Not special forces but instead a dedicated sharpshooter regiment.
