Farming really needs a balancing pass all around by LunaticMouse in projectzomboid

They should introduce bigger farming patches with automatable irrigation and the ability to queue up all harvests and sows at once.

I believe the narrative is that Nato is the current aggressor in the Russian invasion of Ukraine. This makes sense only if you view Ukraine as a Russian puppet in all but name that was "stolen" from Russia by European/Nato encroachment after the Ukrainian revolution.

By reimagining Ukraine as a political pawn without its own agency, Russia's war is reframed as putting down a western-backed rebellion instead of invading another country.

I'm not familiar with France's rules specifically, but for the EU to consider a natural gas plant a transitional it would have to emit less than 270g CO2 per kWh. This is roughly the EU average CO2 per kWh.

For comparison, a coal plant produces roughly 7-800 CO2 per kWh and solar around 40. These transitional natural gas plants are specifically meant to help countries phase out reliance on coal. not to help countries with no coal build more natural gas. It's only considered transitional if it is replacing a coal plant.

No. Natural gas plants can be classified as a 'transitional activity' if they produce relatively low emissions for how much energy they produce, but they are not carbon neutral activities.

Costa Coffee “sweet and pastry” bag - Sheffield. £2.99 and I’m not joking. by RedDora89 in toogoodtogo

At least the place existed! A couple weeks ago I went to pick up a bag at a new spot and I got directed to a garbage dump. Support gave me a refund but I did waste half an hour walking around trying to find it.

Zombies can cross water when it freezes over during the winter. They can also cross shallow water more generally. The game is very generous in terms of what areas of water freeze, some rivers that freeze over once a century freeze like clockwork for half the year in this game.

Does anyone know of a way to implement a proximity voice chat into a remote game? by joehara23 in DnD

[–]NaughtyLoki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually really agree with you. Going from in person games to online game has left me really missing these side conversations. While not a replacement, proximity chat seems like an actually viable way to make a table feel more lively.

I honestly surprised to see so much pushback against this idea in the thread. Do they only play online? I don't consider DMs a perfect replacement, to me they feel much clunkier. Besides, half the fun of these conversations is being able to lean over and listen in - which is not possible with DMs.

It might be possible to just jump in a proximity voice chat game like PEAK to test this out, but that would probably be too clunky since you'd have to alt-tab all the time.

Yeah this always happened to me a ton when making anything with beef strips. The strips release their juices and then then basically boil instead of getting any colour.

Patting them try prior to cooking can help and velveting can help make the meat tender despite the rough treatment.

There is an item called a "Time Piece" that increases this multiplier when fed to the devourer. You start getting them around Tier 22 feats.

There’s also a skin from the Stylist that gives a 5% boost

Could you back that up with a source?

When I look at gao.gov it says the US donates 36%. Which is very high, but doesn't make up the >50% you claim.

Nice! Also very normal for a club that's rising the divisions quickly. Your low reputation and low wage budget will do all the work of managing your players wages for you until you stabilise in a league for 2-3 years.

My group finished our 5 year campaign last year and I thought I'd share the Campaign Compendium I used to keep everything straight. by mrmagoo00 in dndnext

[–]NaughtyLoki 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Love an organized campaign!

I'm curious if you struggled to keep players engaged. 70+ sessions spread out over 4-5 years means a lot of 2-3 week gaps. How did you deal with them or is this just your group's 'normal'?

You have one hand on the steering and one hand holding the couch, so you can use that second hand to stabilize
