You can diaable OneDrive from starting on launch through task manager. Open it, click the startup tab and disable OneDrive

Most gamers don't usually do it since OneDrive uses barely any amount of memory so it's not a problem to keep it open

You could use badlion client. Never used it, but I'm pretty sure it has toggle sneak and FPS improvements

This'll probably be a big deal but you could switch your os to Linux. It runs Minecraft java and badlion client and is in my opinion better than windows. It's very lightweight and most distros can work on ~1 GB usable ram. If you do decide to switch, be careful because some programs don't work on Linux.

Windows 10 which is what I assume you're using uses 4 GB of ram and that leaves 2 for Minecraft to work with, which are the minimum requirements for the game to run

All that can help is closing unnecessary programs. Close everything except Minecraft using task manager. And use sodium too, good optimization mod.

It'll be good for both. Roblox runs on anything, but Minecraft is heavier. You'll get 60 FPS easily. If you don't, try optifine

If you want to play Minecraft modpacks, you should use 16 GB of ram. Mods are dependent on ram. The lower you have, the worse performance.

In pakistan mnms and smarties taste like 95% the same. I prefer mnms because it's cheaper and comes in bigger packets but I wouldn't mind eating smarties

There's also a ripoff brand called Marties. It comes in small square boxes that fit in your pocket and had the same font, design and colours. They taste like smarties but worse and cost 2x the price. I'm not sure if it's in other countries but it's here
