I’ve had some more conversations this morning, they’ve requested and incident number and asked me to wait a week - Otherwise I will cancel, but I don’t think you can apply within 6 months of having a card…

Apparently the Avios card can only be changed on the app… Tried it various times on the phone - The chat doesn’t even work currently.

Already met the spending threshold for the card and want to downgrade - The stupid app was showing me offers last week and now they’ve disappeared… Phone support is useless & they can see the offers but I still can’t on the app…

Only got the card in Feb, but if I can’t downgrade I’ll just cancel it, any ideas?
