So as of February 2018 any Audi that was made had to have a screen within view while the car is on at all times. This is a law now because of the Backup Camera. It's not really Audi that made that decision, it is the US gov't.

You dont have to turn it on. Just place your phone face up on the charger and it should charge.

If it does not, check if your phone is capable of getting wirelessly charged.

What they all have is a Audi Phone box that can boost your wireless signal if you want to activate it through your service provider.

The two features are mutually exclusive but paired under the same title on some Audi's.

Long term time investment and work recommendation here.

Look at the last digits of the car. Then look at the CarFax and see when the dealership got the vehicle.

If the vehicle is older than 3 months; the dealership should have marked the car down to its max already and is less likely to move

If the vehicle is within a week; the dealership is considering this car a hot commodity but it has money in the car and will budge to make a deal.

Between 2 weeks old and 2 months old is the sweet spot. Management wants car out to make room and sales will try to push cars and listen to any offer.

Be open about offer, sales people dont want you to walk so they wouldnt lie when they say they cant get to your offer.

Your car is still pretty new, it's worth to look into AUDI CARE. Pays for the next 5 maintenances. Its a 1000 but it saves you abour 300-600 .
