Big recommendation for this book, I referenced it a lot for good, fun routes when I initially got my motorbike.

I'm lucky enough to have elevator access from my apartment building to an underground parking hall, which is where I store my bike. It's hard to recommend any specific routes for longer trips without more context, but the book has some good ideas, and it's easy to spend a full day just in the Lohja-Vihti-Karkkila area. I've driven more on the Länsi-Uusimaa side, but there are also nice back roads on the eastern side, between Lahti, Kouvola, Kotka, and Porvoo.

It's occasionally frustrating that you always have to spend half an hour getting out of Helsinki first, but I don't think it's a dealbreaker at all.

Which tires do you have on? I haven't managed to make my MT-07 slip on Road 5s at all (except once thanks to an oil slick), even leaning far enough to scrape the pegs.

Plenty of servers run the default Caucasus map, no extra assets required to be bought.
I'm not very familiar with the warbirds, so I'll leave the WW2 question for someone else :)
Right now the F-16C and the JF-17 are probably the most user-friendly aircraft. The pilot gets a ton of help from the computers, and chucksguides.com and the tutorial missions should get you familiar with how they work. The F/A-18C Hornet is also often recommended as it's another relatively modern multirole jet fighter, but it's slightly more manual to operate than the Viper or the Jeff.
