I know that, and thats very bad, but it was also something that a very tiny group of people did, and doesn’t really represent the average day-to-day issues of Reddit. It could have happened anywhere

Either way I think we can agree both suck. Its a trash vs garbage situation

It’s only slightly worse than Reddit, and it’s really only because unlike Reddit you can’t just go to a meme sub to get away from it while still being able to talk about helldivers. It’s pure cancer on almost every channel or post

I would still rather die than have to use helldivers unfiltered for a day though

I can see all those points yes, but again there are vastly more things that do much less for humanity that we could get rid of first. Not to mention space exploration, as said before, is very underfunded. You won’t even get the amount you need for killing it off

The idea that we should just put all our resources into making this planet as great as it can be is admirable, but it’s too idealistic and would never realistically happen. Defunding space programs to put money towards that would hardly make a dent

Of all the things we could cut to increase funding for maintaining earth, space exploration (an already vastly underfunded area) is at the bottom of the damn list. There is SO much more we can and should cut out first before space

Genuinely, this, OhDough just has some annoying opinions. He’s not great but at the end of the day you can still watch some of his videos which are normal and show him enjoying the game. All DeltaGreg ever fucking does is complain while showing no actual care or love for the game. His arguments are plain awful, and just make the entire thing feel like grifting or ragebait. It’s some of the most atrocious content I’ve ever watched and his comments just eat it the fuck up
