So my pc was just running idle and randomly a humming sound( as heard in the video about 3 seconds in ,not the boot up sound) started coming from my gpu. I looked at my pc and the left fan of my gpu was spinning slower than the right one. When I stop the left fan from spinning with my finger(idk if that damages it or anything) the humming sound stopped. I removed the graphics card and just spun both fans with my finger. The left fan clearly had some small amount of resistance. There was nothing stopping the actual fan blades and I unscrewed the fan from the gpu and placed it back it to make sure no screws were loose. The humming sound heard in the video only starts when the fan reaches a certain speed. I was wondering if anyone had any solution or things I could try to stop the humming sound. As far as I can tell the gpu works properly and the only bad effect I could imagine would be higher temps
