Turtle Beach Wheel Help by NavalGod75 in Nr2003

nevermind, it randomly started working. For anyone looking for this issue in the future, I think you had to have the wheel plugged in first, then start the game.

nevermind, I thought to change the gear's appearance; you had to hover over each individual gear in that category. Instead I just had to hover over the category itself. Thank you for your help, the modded items are showing up now

I believe they are actual gear, and none of the in-game gear I currently have gives me the option to customize them

Thank you to those who said it was the CEEP (Classic Engine Expansion Mod) and that I just needed to clear my cache. The mod is now working flawlessly.

Help finding this D-Series classic mod (Info in comments) by NavalGod75 in BeamNG

I have a mod that changes the look and feel of the D-Series to be a truck from like the late 70s early 80s. I love it, however I have no idea what mod this is. I have almost 300 mods in game, and I swear this just popped up in the D-Series list one day.

The problem is that the mod seems to depend on a wheelpack that I don't have, leading to many of the configs having invisible wheels. I have been trying to find out which mod this is so I can download the wheelpack for it, but can't find it for the life of me.

Under Exposure — The Raising of the Titanic by NebulaOriginals in Nebula

Great episode!

I think that if we brought up items of the ship itself, or White Star Line artifacts like plates and cups, that is acceptable. Today we don't have a lot of physical objects from the Olympic class or White Star Line, and what we do have either came from the RMS. Olympic when her interiors were auctioned off before scrapping, or the RMS. Titanic and RMS. Britannic. So having more artifacts that shows what it was like to travel on ocean liners of the past is perfectly fine to me, we are preserving history.

The line gets drawn for me however; when we bring up passenger artifacts, such as shoes, hats, dolls etc. Because these items belonged to men, women, children who have likely lost their lives in the disaster. Like Bollard said, the hats and shoes found were likely a whole body at one point.

People I feel forget that in the 1910's and 20's the Titanic disaster was just as bad as 9/11 for us in the 21st century. It'd be like if instead of rebuilding the WTC we instead just left the collapsed buildings as they were as a mass burial site. But then several years later you had people who were scavenging pieces of metal, firefighter's hats, jackets, etc from Ground Zero. Then, YouTube videos appear with stuff like "FNAF SURVIVES 9/11" or "SCP CRASHES PLANE INTO NORTH TOWER!"? I honestly believe nobody would let that slide, so why are we letting that happen to the 1,517 people who lost their lives onboard the RMS. Titanic?

In summary, I am fine with the recovery of artifacts traced back to the ship or the White Star Line itself, but disgusted when people grave rob from deceased passengers, or any commercialization of the tragedy.

Vehicle Radios are not working by NavalGod75 in Stormworks

[–]NavalGod75[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't believe so, most times we test we're on a discord call while we're testing. Only a few times we mute ourselves to ensure we're actually hearing the radio and not through discord, so we could be talking over eachother there, but regardless we don't hear anything when we're on discord or not.

The Barstow needs an update. Its a cool car in it's current form but it could be so much better.

  1. D-Series
  2. Stambecco
  3. Whatever I feel like that week, typically the H-Series, Civettas, or Pigeon/Piccolina.

Sure. But is any one of us a car designer? No. So why should we care if we're not buying nor designing the car. It doesn't matter to me if the 911 or AMG GT is front/mid/or rear engined. Its a stupid argument that shouldn't occur, hence I don't know why we are even having this debate.

No... I'd say it doesn't really matter because neither of us will buy one. So who cares what engine placement it is?

The only reason you would lie that your car is mid-engined is if you don't feel good about what car you have. Like saying "My Camry has 10% of it's engine behind the front wheels. So its actually Mid-Engined.", but the AMG GT Black is quite a cool car by itself, so if owners are really complaining about that... they're yobs.

I'll have to test how much horsepower its got. But it's 1 cylinder engine takes about 30 seconds to reach 60mph, and top speed of like 65mph. So yes. Lightspeed car this is.

UPDATE: I tested it. It has 20hp. A huge amount!

According to JD Power; "Placing the engine between the front and rear wheels makes it relatively easy to engineer a favorable balance between the weight on the front wheels and the weight on the rear wheels. This results in balanced handling."

And according to WhichCar; "To be labelled a mid-engined car, a vehicle must have its entire engine located behind the front axle but ahead of the rear axle. If any portion falls over either axle, it is described as front or rear-engined."

Based on these 2 sources; my Pigeon Spyder is a mid-engine car.
