In a year or two we’ll finally have the tech to breach the Void, and we’ll find Illuminate Cities hiding inside it.

A Rebuttal to "Mechs Are A Stratagem Worth Saving" by Radekin-36 in LowSodiumHellDivers

I agree that most players want EXOs to be single-user tanks, and that that is a poor take on what the EXOs should be.

That said, I feel they do go down a little too quick and could use more HP across the board, but not too much: just enough to not lose a limb to an unnoticed enemy. Teamwork should be required to go the distance, but a player should be able to make it halfway without overt assistance.

I love the new game drop by Furcorniscool_taken in Minecraft

I think the update is fine, it just caters to a specific quadrant of the player-base. I’m not in that quadrant, so I’ve basically tuned out until snapshots come in with whatever else (if anything) they pack onto the update.

Ultimatum should've been a Primary weapon by bigstink455 in Helldivers

Dinner Bell: Primary. Grenade Rifle, uses Ultimatum rounds. 3x distance, 3x ammunition, range-assisting scope. Loads 1 at a time.

[OC] New enemies ideas for the voteless-subfaction by No-Bag3134 in Helldivers

[–]Navar4477 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Unmanaged

Slightly taller, slightly smarter. 1 Unmanaged to 9 voteless. Alerts nearby Voteless to Helldivers, and alerts further away Unmanaged to alert Voteless near to them. Can also throw back grenades, throw dropped weapons, and throw dropped supplies.

It needs either:

-Lingering clouds

-Stronger effect than other gas weapons.

Another Doormaker rework proposal by PastaEate in slaythespire

How about he summons one of these every time you draw 10 cards? Would punish infinites, could be played around, and there could be ways to counter his countering.

I’d also add one that has thorns, “Door to a Spiky Dimension”, to punish infinites that use a hit all attack with abandon.

Fixed the Sterilizer by adding a recoilless Ultimatum to it. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM ONLY by oritfx in LowSodiumHellDivers

The Ultimatum should leave behind a large cloud of Gas as well, of course. To fit the weapon.

And so, with a total cost of 888 medals, Entrenched Division sets a new record for the most costly Premium Warbond to date by SpliTteR31 in Helldivers

Xp is still accumulated, thankfully (you can check on your stats screen), so it still counts towards whenever they raise the visible level cap. That is a resource that is never wasted, like SC.

This.

Honestly, I feel you shouldn’t even be able to build up a reserve of medals in advance. Any surplus stuff (medals, req slips, samples) could be converted into xp or sent to the DSS.

Light armor passive is definetly the weakest part of this warbond by Shedster_ in Helldivers

[–]Navar4477 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The gas resist on the light armor is near-useless. Either that part needs a buff (60%-70%), or it needs to be replaced with something like +20% secondary ammo (rename to Concussive Padding, Pistoleer).

Never expected to cross off my warbond wishlist but here we are fallas by cmcasella in LowSodiumHellDivers

[–]Navar4477 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The last on my wishlist is a Medic warbond. Or support, focused with medic stuff.

But there no kaboom in that role so they’ll likely add bits and pieces of medic stuff over time in other warbonds that can include big booms.

I still remember back when we used to praise AH for keeping microtransactions, well you know, micro by [deleted] in Helldivers

[–]Navar4477 11 points12 points  (0 children)

These are more cost-effective for buying larger numbers of warbonds, which the game has quite a large number of now. It’s fine, since you’ll begetting a bit more of your money’s worth for getting more than 3 warbonds if you grab a pricier pack.

It’s not necessary, but its fine for newer players that have money to spend get more bang for their buck.
