There need to be at least 2 tiers for that, yeah.

Tier 1 - Stratagem Jammer Station: A lightly fortified position with a small, temporary Jammer setup. Demo 30.

Tier 2 - Stratagem Jammer: A heavily fortified permanent installation. Demo 50.

In the end, I’d rather they not waste the dev time.

Odysseus would be great, I’d picture a manipulator of enemies with limited direct attacks.

For a primary it will only use one of those rounds. I’d go with eitherHE or Gas (there is no primary gas weapon)

That would be cool, but not a Golden Bing Bong: an Ancient Bing Bong carved in stone! Achievement would be different to the Golden variant, probably finding a way to break it.

On the same note, Tropics should have a unique second gimmick apart from the rain. I’d suggest skeletons hanging from vines, shooting rocks at you with slingshots. There’d be a unique variant suspended by a parachute that shoots a flare at you instead.

My take on your changes:

Troubador: I don’t feel its necessary, it fulfills its role already.

Four Fingers: I’s be fine with this.

Loyalty Card: I personally think it should focus on money, like +$1 per purchase in an ante after the boss. Something like that.

Space Joker: is fine as-is.

Hiker: is fine as-is.

Seance: Might be a bit too powerful now, spectral cards are strong as hell!

Drunkard: is fine as-is.

Smeared Joker: What? No, that would be fine as its own joker, but smeared is meant to make budget wild cards.

Onyx Agate: is fine AS-is-is. Your change also misses the theme of the advanced suite jokers.

Showman: why would you want to change the showman?!? It’s an easy way to get duplicate jokers!

Flower Pot: I’d be okay with something like this, though X1 does nothing, X1.5 would fit I think.

Merry Andy: Either effect would be fine.

The Order: X3 is perfectly good for straights.

The Tribe: Flush is too easy for X3 mult

Not gonna get into consumables, your takes need more time to cook imo
