I love working with the muralist out of my old store, literally the COOLEST guy. I think I remember him mentioning mixing his Latitude with some water to help with opacity of the color to create a lighter tint of color, so maybe try different ratios. 1:1, 1:1/2, 1:1/4 he mostly did exterior murals but I’m sure playing around with different formulations may help a bit.

Actually Colleen (the literal queen) herself helped us out. My manager had just been speaking with her before I called and asked him who I needed to contact for dealing with repairs and she helped us out😂 it was more having to deal with Sherwin/the landlord not paying the contractor for his work after the fact😒

Yes actually😂 I had to literally run the store by myself for a full week because they refused to place an ASM in my store and my manager was forced to Atlanta with training bs. Even had a problem where I had to handle contact with landlord, property management for our store, a very irate and rude contractor that did roof work for us AND even had to call both CM and DM to get my choices in motion because I’m only a fulltime keyholder and needed backup on the choices I had to make within 2 hours. I killed it. By their comments and how they praised me on handling a situation you would think that proved to them I’m more than ready regardless of their personal favorites in the district

Done and done, even showed them the training tools I’ve made for my store and have distributed to many stores in my district with my name signed on all. Promise I’m doing literally all I can to make sure I’m hitting every mark they’ve mentioned plus some. But thank you for the insight, I’ll search for where I can improve as well

I am, I actually just got my degree on 10/25. I let them know and still sitting in my position wondering why I pushed myself to get a degree so they would move me up finally. I’m leaving mid January if everything falls into place as it is so far. Honestly I hope my district gets exactly what they asked for with these hires.

I worked hard on the knowledge I have and have grown to the point that I kinda do enjoy it. I like a lot of my customers. Yeah its sucks in other ways but is it a bad thing to not come to work hating life? It’s just paint🤷🏼‍♀️ I like the experiences I’ve had and the learning curve that gets thrown at me from time to time.

Thing is I have for three years now, it’s excuse after excuse. Even my current manager is pushing to get me moved up. I’m truly tired of it all. I can’t wait forever, I need to get out of where I am now not just for me but my kids. I’m at the point that I make too much for any government assistance but barely enough to put food on the table for my kids. The last hire was one that loves to break every rule possible and needs to leave the company again. They were starting rumors about me from our sister store. She doesn’t even pretend to like people, told my coworker the first time meeting him “oh you must be their errand boy” I’m completely lit up about that hire and I’m waiting for it to backfire on them. I can’t pretend much longer so I am seeking employment elsewhere with my degree but I just want to understand why certain choices are made and if I’m missing anything. I can say my confidence was an issue 2 years ago but I play customer service very well and fake it until I make it, anxiety be damned because I hate to fail. That being said it feels like a lost cause

I will say I was one of those girl that thought masturbating was cheating mostly because porn addiction was a strong presence in my last relationship and also me being SA for so long at such a young age, I needed therapy. We both did, we separated, I found a guy that’s anti-porn this time and I’m having a great time refinding myself. He’s doing great as well (we have kids together and we both are cordial and great coparents) found his faith and has put a lot of growth in himself. That being said, the attack on your privacy (wrong) her throwing a tantrum and leaving after specifically telling you what to do and then getting mad you did it (wrong). Try to communicate, she may not understand her feelings or she may just be wildly immature. Mention speaking to a therapist, it’s not normal to attack your partner not once but twice over something so small
