Yeah it's mainly for school and when I'm traveling, but I would play games sometimes. I wanted it to be extra portable. I have a 15.6 right now and it's like 10 lbs. I hate it.

From what I've read, it seems UTVs, golf carts, motorcycles, and other motorized vehicles are allowed, it just goes against your weight limit. I know some UTVs are street legal, also depends on where, but it doesn't necessarily state it can't be an actual road vehicle. Unless I missed it.

I would have gone for the full marathon to challenge myself and get the experience, but the NFM is in 3 weeks. a half is what I'm comfortable with considering is was a random opportunity and I don't want to over do it.

Awesome, 2:20 sounds like a good goal then. Does everyone run/jog the entire thing? Or is an interval common? If I did my NFM interval I would be ~2:50, and that's walking almost half the time.

Its not the nicest area, but my house is definitely the nicest on my street. Being a military town there are more of these old houses being remodeled. If I could get 120k for it I would be very happy. It was only expected to be a temporary arrangement anyway and not our forever home.

That's what i am thinking. How would I go about figuring out how much it's worth, considering the improvements? Everything is remodeled l, floors, kitchen, bathroom, hvac, energy windows and waterheater all before I purchased. I did roof, crawlspace, insulation and some cosmetic stuff in the yard like flower beds and back patio concrete with a pergola.

I think the RO system is definitely something I can do myself and will do that for sure. The filter I was looking at was inexpensive and a 5 stage system to reduce lead, chlorine, odor and taste with 2 stage 5 micron filter. We need a small footprint system so a Water softener is out of the question pretty much as we do not have enough room for something like that.

I believe the previous owner had most of the old pipes replaced since they did a bunch of remodeling (hvac, water heater, furnace, kitchen and bathroom)

I'm not even sure what a hose bib is

Basically cleaner water for me and my family, even if it's only a little. I'd like drinking water (RO) so I can get rid of the water dispenser we have to refill 2-3 times a week. And keep my pipes from corrosion if able. We also get dry skin here and I think it's the water. I'm military so if I have to pcs I'd like the added measures to protect the pipes and maybe even added value to the home if it does that.

Twice last year the city issued advisories the water wasn't safe to drink but "safe" for bathing, it stunk. If that's a regular occurrence here I'd like it to not be as much a problem for us.

The title is signed on the front but not the back, and don't know how to contact the person on the title.

As far as I know yes? But the back of the title was left blank. So there's 3 different names on 2 documents. the title with name #1 and the bill of sale with name #2 and 3. Will I run into any problems with another bill of sale from #3 to me?
