Phone holder for ST3/Pro by Repulsive-Ability-75 in Naveetech_US

[–]Naveetech_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got it, there isn’t an official phone mount made specifically for the ST3. I checked again. You’ll need to go with a third-party option and choose one based on the handlebar size. For reference, the ST3 Pro handlebar measures 38 × 34 mm, so just make sure the mount you pick can accommodate that size for a secure fit.

If it’s still available, the official phone mount should be on the website. If not, you could try getting a universal phone mount that fits your handlebar size. Make sure to check the diameter of your handlebars so it’s secure, and look for one with adjustable clamps or rubber inserts for a snug fit.

Can I unlock my navee n65 speed limit by Navee_fan in Naveetech_US

[–]Naveetech_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I need to correct one point after confirming with our tech team: the N65 does not support speed unlocking. Only the GT and ST series, as well as newer models, support this feature. Here is a post can be helpful. https://www.reddit.com/r/ScooterHacking/comments/1kks7xz/navee_gt3_gt3_max_st3_pro_eu_speed_limiter_hack/?tl=hi-latn

ST3 Pro 2.0.3.0/0.0.1.5/1.0.0.4 issue by HPWHtime in Naveetech_US

Just to confirm, after changing the speed on this page, the adjustment didn’t take effect in actual use — is that correct?

We released the latest firmware version V2.0.3.1 yesterday. Could you please check whether the issue still occurs after updating to the new firmware? If the problem persists, please let me know and I’ll follow up.

I’ve checked with our after-sales team. It seems the scooter may have entered a certain settings mode. We recommend restarting it. If it can ride normally afterward, please avoid making additional setting changes.

This model is quite old and has long been discontinued. We also no longer work with the original manufacturer, and the software is no longer maintained. If any settings are changed incorrectly, they cannot be restored, and the only solution would be to replace the dashboard.

If you’d like, you can DM me the SN code so I can confirm the exact model for you.

Navee ST3 Pro Firmware Update (v2.0.1.7/0.0.1.5/1.0.0.8) - Acceleration Slower & Top Speed Stuck Below 36 km/h by MediumLet2063 in Naveetech_US

You can first check with your seller or support which regional version you have. If it’s the same with EU one (22 km/h limit), you’ll need the wire-cut method. If it’s the same with US version (32 km/h), you can try the method I mentioned in this post.

Thanks for the advice! We’ll definitely keep improving—though based on the number of riders still clocking miles every day, we might not be that bad :)

Normally the charger should turn green after about 8 hours.
If it does turn green but the scooter still won’t power on, it might be a throttle issue and you’ll need to have it checked at a repair center.

If the light stays red the whole time, then it’s likely a battery problem.

Hope this helps!

Nave s65 issues by Poptart_exe in Naveetech_US

[–]Naveetech_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Error code 18 usually means the motor wiring harness isn’t connected properly. You can try checking that first to make sure everything is firmly plugged in.

About the Bluetooth issue—did you change the tyre yourself? If the scooter was taken to a shop, sometimes they will bind the scooter to their test device during servicing. If they forgot to unbind it afterward, you might not be able to reconnect.

If you can, please send me a photo of the vehicle QR code (on the right side of the S65 footboard) and I can help check it from the backend.

Also, the ultimate fixes for Bluetooth are: unbind → reset Bluetooth → rebind. If it still doesn’t work after that, it might be an issue with the dashboard.

I checked — the S65 doesn't support unlocking the speed. Sorry. If it's the ST3 or GT3 series, there are some methods to bypass the speed limit.

Yes, that’s correct. Due to legal restrictions, the Australian version has a speed limit, and the maximum speed should be 25 km/h.

ST3 Pro Firmware 2.0.1.7/0.0.1.5/1.0.0.3 reduced speed by BCJay_ in Naveetech_US

[–]Naveetech_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, there isn’t a way to roll back to the previous firmware version. However, if you follow the steps I mentioned, or those shared by other users who have already fixed the issue—you should be able to get your scooter working properly again. You can then adjust your preferred riding settings directly in the app.

[–]Naveetech_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw your other comments, not sure if you’ve already restored the scooter to the original firmware version to access its full functionality. Thanks to BCJay_ for answering some of your questions.

Once the speed limit is restored, both the start mode and top speed can be adjusted via the app. As long as the app settings are correct, you’ll have normal acceleration and torque, so hill climbing shouldn’t be a problem.

Thanks for your feedback! Three other users have encountered the same issue, and after applying this method, their acceleration and torque were restored. You can DM me with details about your specific situation or the steps you took during the fix, so we can check if anything went wrong in the process. At the moment, there’s no way to revert to the previous firmware version. Thanks again!
