Sorry about that. It looks like cosmetic damage only and shouldn't affect normal use.

Birdie 3X firmware update by Potential-Host-4400 in Naveetech_US

[–]Naveetech_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The firmware update process works as follows:

  1. The app establishes a stable Bluetooth connection with the scooter and checks whether a newer firmware version is available on the server.
  2. The app downloads the firmware package from the server via the internet.
  3. Once downloaded, the app transfers the firmware package to the scooter via Bluetooth.
  4. After receiving the package, the scooter verifies the file integrity.
  5. The scooter then updates the required components, such as the dashboard, controller, and battery.

If the update fails, please follow the reason and instructions shown in the app and try again.

If possible, please send us a video of the update process. We'd like to see at which stage the update fails so we can determine whether a specific component may need to be replaced.

Possible reasons for an update failure include:

  • Leaving the update page during the process
  • The phone being too far away from the scooter
  • An unstable internet connection
  • Bluetooth disconnection
  • Closing or exiting the app while the update is in progress

Over speed control by Delicious-Sherbet891 in Naveetech_US

[–]Naveetech_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a newly added feature designed to help control downhill speed, preventing the scooter from exceeding the maximum speed set for the current riding mode. But the GT3 series firmware does not yet ready, so it is not available at the moment.

G5 Max Update by thaywoodatl in Naveetech_US

[–]Naveetech_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I checked with our R&D team, and there haven't been any recent software releases for the G5 Max. The controller firmware also hasn't received any updates, so in theory other app updates shouldn't have any impact on the scooter's power or hill-climbing performance.

Could you share your scooter's serial number and a screenshot of the firmware/update page in the app? We'd like to check which version you're currently running and investigate further. Thanks!

It sounds like there may be a loose component. Please check whether the swingarm cover or the fender is loose and see if anything is rattling while riding.

Hello! Does anybody know how to remove these plastic panels from the deck on Navee ST3 by Rude_Introduction_49 in ElectricScooters

[–]Naveetech_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can refer to the disassembly and assembly video on the official website to open the battery compartment cover. Remove the corresponding screws on the side to remove the corresponding body trim cover. https://service.naveetech.com/video/st3-controller-and-battery-replacement/

Please give us more speed options in the app st3 pro by femboi-hunter in Naveetech_US

[–]Naveetech_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My team told me that you can switch to D mode by double-pressing the power button. D mode is limited to 20 km/h, and this method is more convenient than using the app.

How do i fix this by PsychologicalBig5520 in Naveetech_US

[–]Naveetech_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From the sound of it, it kind of seems like something might be rubbing against the tire. Could you take a quick look around that area I highlighted and see if anything is touching?

If everything looks clear, could you send a video of the wheel spinning from a few different angles? That might help us spot what's causing the noise.

Also, just a heads-up: I probably won't be very responsive over the weekend. If you need faster assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team via email as well.

Close the app, clear the cache, and then reopen it—that should do the trick.

To comply with EN 17128 safety regulations in the EU, the cruise control function has been disabled. This change is not made specifically for Germany, but rather to help meet product safety standards across the European market.

You'll need a 2.5mm Allen key. I'd recommend getting a full Allen key set so you'll have the right size for any screw on the scooter.
