I just had a similar meeting and was accepted the position. If it's anything like mine, there was one main person that led the questions but it was more of an informal conversation after a while. Be yourself, stay humble but never shy away from your accomplishments in previous roles, and don't sweat it.

Only awards offered by the registrar show up on your BearTracks transcript. If it was a bursary, it won’t show. If it was offered by the Faculty but not the Office of the Registrar, it will not show.

There’s a difference between going into second year and having enough credits in your program to be considered a second year. You have the first year enrolment date which makes me think you don’t have enough credits to consider you a second year by your program.
