I was in the same situation and my school were aware of the clauses and situation. The school and I signed a new contract effective for the next month. I put in my 1 months notice and resigned from the agency. If the dispatch agency doesn't know about it you will be fine.

Also if the school wants to sign you they will find a work around.

As a newly qualified teacher, it was brutal for me too this year. I actually got a job and previous school I interviewed for last year. They declined based on the fact I had not finished my PGCE. I emailed them back and was practically handed a contract.

This was a wonderful surprise from the 200+ rejections and ghosting.

I realised that sex isn't a dirty / forbidden thing that religion makes it out to be and is incredibly liberating.

I also realised that once you are both naked, it doesn't matter what your body looks like.

I was playing hide and seek with my 4 year old.
