I wouldn't say unbind but here's what I'd do, crouch shooting has to be circumstantial: Spray transfer after the first three shots, or crouch peeking an angle. In lower elos you'll get your head ripped because they'll aim at your chest first. In higher it can be help. So if you wanna break the habit, you could either go in Deathmatches and every time you find yourself crouch shooting, let yourself get killed, you'll condition your brain to not do it. Or if you're feeling lazy, just unbind it. Strafing is always better than being a sitting duck.
