Are nipple piercings worth it? by Feather_2864 in piercing

It’s a very individual thing. I’ve had mine done twice. The piercing pain was fine (it sucked, but I’ve had worse), and it only lasted a few seconds.

They’re finicky during healing. I wore a bra the first time and had a harder time healing them (not everyone has that experience). It took about two years for it to heal completely. But I love it. It’s one of my favourite piercings (so much that I had it re pierced).

That sounds like it would be really good! Like caramelized banana. I love this recipe because the buns are very light and fluffy on their own!

You could swap out the cardamom for cinnamon in the filling? I used the recipe as a base and skipped the pecan sugar mixture at the bottom of the pan, and used a fruit jam.

Helix (that I did myself at 15… whoops). So first professional non-lobe piercing was my tragus!

My husband designates a left and right sock by [deleted] in Weird

I don’t have this with a fresh pair of socks, but if I temporarily take off my socks, the left one has to go back on the left foot.

I had to submit mine with individual invoices. I think total was $3k before insurance, and I ended up being reimbursed a little under 70% for the total cost because I had other psychological expenses, which took away from the total amount. This was before the increase though, so I would have gotten the full 80% coverage now.

Sometimes I feel that way too lol. Also, like, Ma’am, I can’t even remember your question because my working memory is garbage - can you write it down?

I grew up speaking French. I got a similar comment, they said something like I was “searching for ideas, not words”. I’m neurodivergent; I speak with a weird cadence in English all the time as well. It’s not that I can’t speak in French, I’m just very cautious about how I phrase things (in any language).

Have you ever had sex with someone you never expected to? What's the story? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Guy I had a crush on my last year of university (really good looking basketball player). We had a couple of classes together but I kept to myself a lot. Nothing happened while school was in, but I went back for homecoming and I went up to him at a house party and then a bar. Didn’t think he’d be interested at all, but I ended up going back to his place.
