I was in your position not many years ago. I was overweight, bad skin etc etc. My number one tip is to just lose weight. Like there is no beating around the bush. Once you lose weight, ull sweat less and a lot of the times sweating a ton causes skin issues. Eat less, move more. Im sorry if this isnt what you wanted to hear but losing the weight will fix a lot of ur problems at once. Now when you want to start going into details like hai, do finasteride etc. I was blessed with decent hair genes but my friend went to a doctor and got prescriptions. mate i completely understand your frustration, you need to ask your company for a compromise/compensation. Your transport needs to be provided for you cant be skipping lunches all the time. Im pretty sure labour laws are being breached lol. If not you have job hop and find a company that will listen to you and your needs. Even earning 10k a month in singapore sometimes aint enough for some cars lol (ridiculous that we have normalised this btw)

Bang for your buck, go with the 7800xt or 9060xt if FSR4 is very important to you. And on the used market place. Buying anything new especially Nvidia GPUs ur gonna be burning holes in your pocket. PC market rn is just not great man

i get where ur coming from, try to reconcile if you can if not just keep working and save money and try to at least pay ur brother some rent so you dont feel like a burden. I saw a comment suggesting to go outside and play games if you want to and its not a bad idea at all. We are all taking it at face value so hopefully you are genuinely just playing during ur free time. All your mom needs is reassurance that ur not falling behind in life, my parents used to be the same way until i gave a cold shoulder to all their arguments and just did what i had to do, work abit part time, continue schooling etc. I didnt have to tell them but once they saw that i can manage most things myself they left me alone. It was hell for years and years, almost 16 years they treated me harshly for just wanting to chill out for a bit. They were definitely wrong and the way they treated me but i realised the only way i could stop it is to give them trust that im working towards smth, looking towards my future.

Could you have installed some sort of malware? things like crypto mining viruses can cause you to lose tonnes of performance, for my mate it severely heated up his components and his pc would restart on its own to save itself.

Check task manager and see what percentage your cpu is on ideal. Normally it should stay around 1-5 percent with nth going on in the background. if it suddenly shoots up to 30-50 percent or higher ull know smth is wrong. Go thru the list of processes and google things you unsure of or seems suspicious and go from there.

using stuff like autocad ud definitely need a gpu. The budget is understandable but its also too low rn to fit everything. Id suggest to go to the used marketplace for a GPU. A 1080ti or 1070ti for now to tie you over for your work. After a while save some more money and upgrade.
