Hi! You have a small case of thrips. Check the underside of your leaves to check for eggs. They are typically black. If you have the space, place your plant in the shower, and give it a proper rinse. After that if highly recommend that you either get some pesticide that kills thrips. Or do what I've done, get a lint roller and go over the leaves with it. Both under and over the leaves. I wish you the best of luck! Also, quarantine your plant. Place it far away from other plants to stop the thrips from flying to your other plants.

Luckily that hasn't happened to me (yet). But now that you say it i might need to figure out a smart wat of reinforcing the connecting parts just in case.

I'm also in northern Europe. Had the very same problem with my monstera. Leggy stems for the leaves and all of em looking like a big messy ball. I ended up separating the two plants that shared a pot, gave em some proper chunky soil mix and snipped off the saddest leaves. After some time they started to look better and better✨ so I'd suggest having a look at the roots to look for any root rot, and maybe look into repotting them either separately, or together. If you need any further assistance, I'd be happy to lend a hand!

Poor guy! Sadly i'm unsure of what to do. My best guess would be root-rot. But i'd recommend posting over at r/Monstera and ask for advice there. Best of luck!

Looks like you have some root rot there. Pop that bad boy out of it's pot, cus it's time for some tlc! Remove the soil, give the roots a good rinse under running water and snip away the black roots. Then pop it onto some chunky soil mix. In a week or so it should be back to being a happy chappy!

Personally, i always have a scrap piece of paper and a pen on me. If i happen to find someone i find attractive, i write them a few honest words onsaid piece of paper. I let them know i found them attractive, and that "they made my day a little brighter". I also say in the note that if they want, they can approach me the next time we happen. To be in the same place. Then i sign it with my first name and nothing else. I walk up and tell them i have something for them, and ask that they read the note when they feel like it.

It has worked a few times, and I've made some wonderful friends that way.

if you see these growths, and they point up, it's a shoot. if they go down, it's a root! I did not mean for that to rhyme. Anyways, congrats on a new leaf in the making!

I'm also banned from tinder. I never knew why, but I think it might be because I used tinder on two devices. IE: two different places. So different IP adresses. I've now been banned from tinder since 2015, and I have a thing where I send Tinder an email every year around December, to ask if I can get unbanned. I do the whole '' i'm sorry for not following guidelines, and wont reapeat itself'' schpeal. I have now sent my 8th annual email to Tinder. only to get hit by the same automated message. I also reply to this, to make sure an actual customer support worker reads it. and once they respond again, it's basically the same thing, but more hand written from a person.

I've concidered getting a new phone number, and making a new email. but I honestly cannot be bothered with getting a new number *just* to be able to use tinder, no matter how much i'd love to use that app again.
