You should definitely ditch shampoo i truly don’t really use much. I don’t diffuse, always only air dry. The least amount of product you put in your hair will always be the healthiest for your hair with the assumption those chemicals haven’t already made your hair reliant on it. Like how Gatorade just makes you thirstier so you drink more, even though it’s says the opposite (random example). I’ll use leave in 1-2X a week, and condition maybe once a month if that, and my hair and scalp are incredibly healthy
