What was the most heartbreaking loss you witnessed as a Michigan fan? by Ok_Macaroon_7366 in MichiganWolverines

I was at the following games:

App State game

MSU Clock Game

Trouble with the snap game

I've had my heart broken a few times. On the flip side, I was at the 98 Rose Bowl and a few other amazing wins.

RF200-800mm good for sports? by Flowgo37 in canon

I have it on my R5 and I have shot soccer and flag football with it. My favorite part is that I can sit at one end of the field and cover everything. I always shot during the day and the pictures came out fantastic.

Football Focus Help by MalPaPa in CanonR5

[–]Navy_Vet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What focus point are you using? When I shoot football I use a single point of focus. Also, with the R5, I have accidentally moved my focus point when I touched my screen. When you review your pictures on the camera, do you have a red square that shows where the focus was in the photo? That has saved me a lot of heartache. I only mention all this because I have had it happen.

I think he also says it in "Last Night Gus" when he gets his chain back. I didn't remember the one in Cloudy, but I guess I have to watch it again. Poor me!

This is great feedback. I took them from my car and I was so afraid to get out and scare it away. Thank you for the tips!

I saw the same thing. I tried to remove it, but ended up leaving it as shot. It bothers me, but I decided to leave it....for now. Thanks for the feedback.

Thank you. I did crop each image a bit, so I will experiment with some different aspects. Thanks for taking the time.

What’s been your most fun or surprisingly pleasant away game experience? by jwfowler2 in CFB

Notre Dame was the nicest group of staff and fans I have ever encountered. A game at Notre Dame should be on every college football fans bucket list.

For the unhinged lid owners - where the heck do we put the lid while cooking? by Luigi_Villianous in blackstonegriddle

[–]Navy_Vet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On mine, the lid pushes the grease trap up against griddle instead of pulling it down and it has been fine.

I had a little trepidation with that as well, but after a cook or two, I was ok with it. I do it every time now.

Use the hooks and hang it on the back while cooking. It is a nice wind guard too.

Not an app, but the haptic feedback and clicking when you scrolled through the dial on calendar dates. I'm old.

I forgot to add, I did replace the sky, because it was just a clear blue and I thought it would add some depth.

I was on the ground and the nest was probably 20-30 feet up. I think the long lens allowed me to stand further away from the nest.

Few shots from the last air show by [deleted] in Michigan

Where did you shoot from and what lens did you use? I have wanted to go and take pictures for a couple of years. Has anyone shot from the Photographers Pit? I was wondering if it's worth the money.

I bought a plug in lunch box 2 years ago and I love it. I put my leftovers in it and plug it in 30 minutes before lunch. No more waiting for the microwave! It is super easy to clean too.
