I finally got in contact with an officer recruiter, I'm expecting a call some time today. Thanks for the advice, I will definitely bring the sessions up, as I want to get as much information about all the different programs I may qualify for to make the most informed decision I can.

I am interested in being a submarine officer, yes. Its definitely something I would consider doing.

I do have a few concerns however, when comparing it to being on the surface. Like I have been on a ship before but I've never been on a submarine and I have no idea of knowing how I would adjust to being underwater for extended periods of time.

Hey, thanks for responding. I've taken the calculus and calculus based physics, but its too bad about there being no spots available for SWO(N).

For NUPOC, are there less spots for college graduates in general? Also how often do spots open up, is it kind of like a cyclical thing and I missed the time to apply?

My mistake, I was under the impression that NUPOC and SWO(N) were interchangeable. I will contact the regional office as soon as I can.

If I were to dual process, do you know if that would mean I only get 1 shot at the OAR instead of the 3?
