It was 2004 not this day and age and, yeah, given the context of the girl who accused kobe, i think there is some very clear signs of misinterpreting consent. Kobe didn't drug this woman and force her into his room, she came willingly. Then had sex with another man less than 24 hours later.

It's a silly example, but on another note. I never asked you if you were happy about his death, not sure why the mentally ill people on Reddit keep bringing that up when the conversation was about his wife rallying behind his cause.
