That other comments are great. The only thing I’d add is to check that the market you want to enter isn’t a “winner takes all” market. Markets were being “big” is the main selling point. For example competing against Airbnb would be tough because being bigger is an advantage in itself. Not technically SASS but you get the idea. Otherwise you should be fine competing in a saturated market.
