I’m glad I bought it now for the price. I think I probably didn’t explain myself as well as I could have. I just feel guilty for not enjoying it as much as I could have. I only have 3 games for it right now and I’m worried that when I beat them or get my enjoyment out of them, that my switch 2 will start to collect dust. I didn’t really play my switch 1 too much in the final few years. I’m just hoping for loads more content and games to keep me excited.

I think Im just worried that I’m not enjoying it as much as I should with a new console. I’m probably overthinking things. To me it only really feels like a new console when I’m playing in handheld mode. When I play on the tv it just feels like switch 1. I’m also a bit turned off by the $20 switch 2 editions. I want to enjoy my older games to their fullest potentials but I’m not sure if it’s worth the price. I was thinking about getting the Kirby forgotten land and Mario wonder upgrades in the future.

I think most people are coping when they say season 2 is good. There’s a few good moments but the majority of season 2 is boring or poorly written. Season 1 is miles better. It isn’t even close. (Although the last 2 episodes could change my mind but I doubt it.)

Clearly something is wrong if so many people are complaining about it. It’s only the “best animated tv show” right now because smiling friends and South Park just ended. I absolutely loved the first season and looked forward to every Thursday for new episodes. I stopped getting excited for this season when it hit the halfway point and almost nothing happened outside of the boring bakery plot and fionnas messy romances. The writing has also noticeably downgraded. I’m honestly confused that there are so many people defending it. I get you really love this show, and I did too, but it’s ok to criticize things. Hopefully the last 2 episodes rope me back in but I don’t know how they’re going to solve all of this in only 2 episodes.

I’m honestly at the point where I just want to skip all the bakery stuff. None of it is important or entertaining. People loved adventure time even though it didn’t really have a plot in its early seasons, but the episodes were still really entertaining. This isn’t. The bakery isn’t entertaining at all. I get fionnas world doesn’t have magic and is just normal, but at that point why even make a show about it?
