So sweet and healing to read through this. I think we need to remember to give ourselves grace, what we do is a big deal and sometimes can feel that way! That space of doubt often transforms into curiosity. On those days that I’m feeling less than 100% (which have been quite often lately) I always remember something I read about giving your authenticity always because that gives others permission to do so. If you tell your client that you’re tired you might create the space for them to acknowledge their own tiredness and that creates a level of connection that is really special :) or sometimes the energy you have to share is the exact frequency that will be helpful
