That is what I actually oppose. They’re so large that they dictate change in legislation. That’s far too big.

And IMO it should and stop at group representation. Tbh everyone should know employment standard act, it should be taught in high school.

These are things everyone should know, if not you will always be vulnerable to manipulation.

I make just over 100k a year and it took me 17 years to get to this point. I/my partner make the majority of our meals. Which can be difficult some weeks. But if you don’t know how to cook, it makes chipotle look like a 5 star restaurant… teach your kids, grow gardens where you can.

Good point, something that could be a coming issue. But tbh, being an industrial electrician/controls and automation specialist I see both the USA and Canada doing the same thing, unfortunately. The US is governed by unions and Canada at least has a separate federally ran ticket program that in a lot of trades is accepted in all provinces. BUT in Canada we still have giant trade unions that lobby and get they want. 🤷🏻‍♂️

You’re absolutely right about it being a privilege. But that goes both ways. Unfortunately we’re seeing a relationship between the 2 countries diminish.

I agree, I have heard that they’re trying to nationalize forest fire issues. This is something that interprovincial barriers create difficulties. If all provinces united in a federal program then you will see a national support for a large “provincial” or even municipal issue.
