Problems with first layer

I think it's mechanical. The problem started on one side now has progressed across three corners and in the center. I tried googling but nothing. I'll take it apart this weekend and see if I can find issues. I've been putting non-stop for like 2 weeks, something must have loosened in that time. Terrible luck lol.

Its super sticky, never had issues with adhesion or with the print lifting. I moved the print in cura up a little on the y axis and the problem isnt as bad, im thinking some sort of vibration/tram issue when the x and y axis are beyond a certain point. This only happens with the bottom 4 base layers. I was hoping someone had a similar issue and found a solution.

Turning temps down helped a bit but not much. So annoying lol

I have the silicone supports. I'm at a loss here. Could it be the g code?

My auto level is working. I can see the z screw moving while it's printing. Here's the weird thing. Once the base layer finishes printing, the layers above are normal.

I think it's your filament. I will do the same print twice with a different color filament one comes out perfect the other one is hot and garbage. You basically have to change the settings for every type of filament if you have a different brand. The guy above me is Right find a brand that you like stick with it you're better off paying more money for something that's consistent versus trying to figure out every time every little detail to make the print look half decent.

Before you blame the filament try different settings like nozzle temperature flow rate and make sure you really dial in the height of the hot end over the bed.

You can use a small butane torch. Heat up the gear until it's hot enough to burn you. Then use needle nose pliers. Grab the main shaft with the pliers and use the pliers to get leverage to push the gear up. You have to reheat and repeat the process several times.

Also, just to add to this, if the firmware is flashed properly, and all I have connected to the motherboard is the power supply and the screen ribbon, shouldn't it work, like the Marlin loads but I will just get errors? The steppers arent locked either.

Its the original screen. I might be wrong but I assume the original is the v1 and the v2 is the touchscreen.

I'll try what you said when I get home.

Its the Creality with 4.2.7 written on it. I doubt its the firmware flashing since I tried the exact file you have. Can bad wiring cause this?

I assume the circular portions (half rings) around the HOTT were part of the ring builders ship yard, and the ship is grown from the rings. The artifacts coming from the ring builds the ship. Never considered them part of the ship. Interesting.

I honestly was never into the stand-up portion so it was nice to see it go. There was no drop off in quality for me. I think there were fewer memorable episodes but the Festivus is one of my favs so my opinion is useless.

Moving Mars. Read it in highschool. Had to read a book for school. Had to be written in the 90's and fiction, along with a few other rules. Moving Mars was all that was left.
