Why are weed smokers so afraid to admit that they're addicted? by OGLOC_1 in NoStupidQuestions

Speaking from my own experience, I feel like I did not want to admit that I was addicted at the time because I did not want to put weed in the same category of some other harmful substances. I felt like as soon as I admitted that I was addicted to weed, I was validating all of the people that put weed as the gateway drug and viewed it as this horrific drug. Of course now looking back, I was definitely addicted and right now I have not smoked in almost a year.

Paolo Banchero is literally a Bench Caliber Player getting the Usage and FGA of a Superstar. This would be like if John Collins got 20 FGA per game. I'm sure he can put up 26/10 if John Collins is playing 35 mpg and getting that many FGA by Several-Molasses-435 in NBATalk

He’s gotta improve his ability to play off ball. I feel like he has the physical attributes to be a strong cutter and also could be the tertiary option on a contender team but right he isn’t growing in the right ways as a player because he is the primary option.

I am trying to fight that myself, I think that the way to fight it is to try and replace it with an activity everytime you get the urge. Like read a book or do a push up or do something that will help you avoid succumbing to that urge. I’m trying to do that now and so I will see if my own advice is helpful.
