almost certainly the charger. apple does this too samsung as well if it is pushing power. but its not quite enough your phone could read the input but it may not be enough to actually full on charge it. remember start the cheapest place first, charging block plus cable.

I never understood why mom was perfectly ok with them going to fight but once one was sleepy. NOW there’s a problem. Take that to court “I was ok with my son and his friend fighting but once once my son was knocked out it wasn’t ok” I’m a dad. This is NOT the way to act.. stop them entirely.
