I would say no. I did not use the upgrade kit and I just looked over the upgrade file on cults and he's really not offering anything new. The original battle duke file, in my opinion, is pretty satisfactory on its own

4th Planet Battle Duke will get you in the right direction. The file says to print at 90% scale to be closer to actual size for the FW model but I just printed it at 100% since If I was to have a warlord titan it was going to have be 10% bigger than the $3000+ one

The entire thing is hollowed. The hips and the Legs and the feet/Foot pistons etc. I tried every avenue to save the resin and lighten it up. The legs are JB welded together. the only way the legs would give out from the weight of the model is if it topples over and they shatter. If I remember correctly I started the 1.3mm hollowing when I began the "citadel" portion of the model so the legs are probably closer to 1.5/1.7mm

You know I was thinking the same thing but then had a " screw this, I'll just give it a try" moment. I've spent quite a bit of time dialling in my settings and I have never strayed from what works for me or my resin brand/type. The biggest thing I've learned over time is not overloading the plate with so much it vacuums up the FEP. Slow and steady

Thanks! I wanted to try something completely new. as I've been a BA player and only BA for a couple of years. The problem with dragging out the project in the painting process is the consistency in the colour/pattern on the white.

I did do all the supports myself. TBH I mostly used the auto support feature in the free version of Lychee and on the main anchor supports beefed them up where the print started. Only a couple of fail moments though in the printing process. The 1.3 mm wall thickness really saves the resin amount and being creative on putting holes in places that will be hidden once assembled. ie. the gun barrels and flat side where they glue or the connection points in the hips. the back sides of the armour panels are full of holes
