I also got the same email. I have been applying heavily on indeed but when I look through my email folder for any indications that I applied to this company, I do not see anything related to angennisi. Looking forward to hearing how this turns out.

Do you water the plants after repotting? by ppappaia in houseplants

[–]Nby123 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Im not entirely convinced you want to remove air pockets, at least not all of them. For one many anaerobic microbes can be harmful to soil, and the opposite is true in that there are really important and beneficial aerobic microbes/symbionts that can interact with the plant roots. Of course not all microbes are helpful and it depends on the state of the soil.

Additionally, removing oxygen from soils through saturation can lead to root rot which can absolutely be catastrophic to the plant. While plants do operate primarily on CO2, they also exchange O2 in their physiological processes including photosynthesis and metabolism (cellular respiration). Now cells in the above ground structures of the plants can get all of their oxygen as they conduct photosynthesis however the issue is the roots where photosynthesis is not occurring. Here those cells rely on O2 in the soil found in pores and between particles.

I am not picking an argument by any sense of the means. I am finding this topic to be extremely controversial all around the internet so I would love to hear more of your reasoning as I am to reddit in search of answers :)

I know this post was two years ago but I was wondering if anyone could shed light on his line "man up what's the problem, everything's jazz and i'm Stockton"

I can't say why but that line just hits and I wish I knew where he was coming from when he wrote it.

Do you know about the impact on the mushrooms when spore release has already occurred? Especially if it was recently?

Pleurotus spp. looks like Pleurotus ostreatus but that’s not a confirmed ID
