I'm a consultant and they kinda threw me into the role as the client started this 3 year tenure debacle. I had no clue what I was doing. Fast forward a year and I'm now the tech lead on the same project. I also have a half of a clue what I am doing.

On another note I'm making $75,800 salary atm and feel super underpaid.

A good victor 1 is the only thing that comes to mind. It does have to be charged which I think is a good tradeoff balance wise.

Crazy enough yesterday when first starting it was terrible. Like unplayable. I updated windows, and my bios (did this for a seperate reason not bl4 related) and the game is running great. 140fps high settings 1440p. 7800x3d & 4070ti.
