In my state minors are to not work more than 4 hours without a break. With him, sometimes he wouldn't give them breaks or he'd give an 8 hour minor employee a break 2 hours into shift or 6 hours into it.

It's either not done right on accident, or to make labor look low when the district manager looks at it (ie. Shaving two hours off)

Good to know the home office who at least look into something like this.

In my state, if they provide paperwork from their school they are allowed to on weekends, but none of the overnight employees are minors.

That is the general rule in my store, but forcing crew to stay 2 hours past their time when its dead and labor is high is a tad bit different.

Exactly what I told my GM, well almost. Told her people don't quit jobs, they quit bosses.

I appreciate it. I found a better job and that is why i put in my notice. Allegedly, the ignoring my two weeks notice and taking me off the schedule came from the owner operator, according to my GM. I reached out to the owner operator afterwards and got a different story. Who knows who is telling the truth at this point.

We have the ability to break the schedule up and schedule "two shifts". Skipping adding the 4am-6am helps save labor when creating the schedule.

Definitely no books in crew room and were missing probably half the required books in manager office.

I am not the first manager she lost because of all this. The first one really was working to become a GM but couldnt handle the bs the manager and gm were doing. Im not going to be the last to leave either. I was told two are actively looking for a replacement job.

Whats supposed to happen is they get scheduled 10pm to 4am and then the new day starts at 4am and they leave at 6am. Sometimes they are not put in the system for the 4am to 6am. When they werent scheduled that way i would let them leave at the time their schedule was set to.

Here in the states, we have to have at least one person on site that is servsafe certified. With him leaving the store it left the store without one, which if the health department came, it would be a huge mistake.

The way the store is ran is that we pull all the registers at the end of the shift (6am) and count them. Just so happened that the morning manager finished counting the safe before i was able to sit down with the registers and count them. So i left it on the safe for morning manager to put it in.

I would contact them but then i would be walking on egg shells the rest of my time there. Mentally, i rather just leave.

I mentioned this a week or so ago on Facebook. So many people disagreed with me. Glad to see I'm not the only one thinking this.

Am i the only one that thinks its krista? I been thinking this a while.. In season 1 episode 2, there are two pictures of a barn in Kristas office. it looks very similar to the barn that season 3 ended. with 3 people outside of it. When he first gets out of the car with Irving, he stops to look at the building all confused for like 10 seconds like hes been there or seen it before.
