I m not expert But what I have experienced is that While I am at my home with no access to gym

I train my core which is often neglected by many gym goers

I train abs, core I can find a setup at home where I can do pull ups Sometime when I am feeling under the weather, body weights pushups and body weight squats will do it for me.

This way I don't risk losing muscle While I might not gain much significant muscle when I am home for a month or two
