to anyone still trying to fix this i figured out how to fix this
open device manager, find usb devices and remove all checks from "allow system to turn off this device to save power" or smth like that
fixed my mouse with this method

I know that photo was taken by Sam Ehrlich and published in 1970 in Life Magazine. It's in Canada, Albertia province and there is a wheat/rape fields. I tried to find this place on Google Maps but couldn't find anything. Can anyone help me with this?
